Encourage the development of actions aimed at business strengthening by improving the skills, abilities and people knowledge, as well as boost and support new businesses that diversify the productive industry of the Valencian Community.
Therefore there was carried out a series of actions designed to increase the likelihood of employment, enhancing their education through workshops or supporting and advise those jobseekers interested in open their own business.
- The Integration Service has given the possibility to jobseekers to become part of the process of job search and placement.
- There have been a wide range of training workshops designed to equip participants with more practical training.
- Jobseekers who showed interest in open their own business, were submitted to ATEVAL Entrepreneur Support service.
157 jobseekers have found a new job.
From all the contacts that have been made, 66 belong to the textile sector, which is the sector with the highest number of jobseekers hired, with 42%. Other important sectors have been the services sector with 39 contracts signed (22%), the public sector with 16 contracts (10%) and retail and hospitality with 6 contracts each (4%).
From those who have chosen to create their own business, 24 have actually created their own business (15.3%).
